Antique Lapis and Pearl Heart Conversion Charm of 14k Gold horse stick pin 45 inches wide and isA petite 14k gold love token featuring a pearl heart atop an oval lapis. We created this charm by riveting an antique stickpin head (circa 1910) onto a vintage cufflink (circa 1920) and adding a 14k gold bail. The piece measures 0. 8 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 4 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
