Brit37 new leather chin-cupBrit37 The shell is an original WW2, British manufactured MkII shell with a stainless steel banded edge. The stainless steel chinstrap lugs are the MkIII type and are unmarked. The factory stamps under the flare are EB II 1942 (Eveson Bros of Worcester). When acquired the shell was covered in multiple layers of paint; olive drab, yellow and a couple of layers of grey. The shell cleaned up nicely; it was stripped to bare metal, primed then painted in
