One question I always get with the project is "Why November

In the past five years I have explored many places around Denver and the western United States as part of this project

Near one of the longest days of the year in 2011 in terms of sunlight

I also zoomed in to the holiday lights and played with the focus to get the above effect for the image

While returning back on the bridge towards San Francisco

Denver from the State Capitol in the Fall Presentation:Print Only One question I always getIn November 2015 during a brief snow in Denver I headed towards Civic Center Park to photograph. As the snow tapered off the foothills started to become visible in the distance. With the fresh snow on the grass and the fall color in the leaves I found myself on the capitol steps to capture this image west through Civic Center Park towards the City and County of Denver building.
