Vines Riesling No.2 (2019) beer archive This limited variant conditioned onVines is a series of barrel aged wild ales inspired by natural wines. Each batch is blended based on the grape varietal at hand, and fermented based on the state those grapes are in (whole cluster, de stemmed, lightly pressed skins, etc.). The result is a unique collection of beers that incorporate wine grapes in all forms, and showcase process as much as ingredients.
