Lemon, grapefruit, and a touch of ginger parry with tarragon, green bean (classic to Grner) and sometimes a bit of white pepper. Excellent with all manner of vegetarian fare, from salads to tofu, to peas. Paris well with mild chicken or fish dishes, and sits quite happily with goat cheese or burrata.
